Critical weather conditions and motorway delays weren’t enough to stop Falkirk captain David McCracken getting a few coaching done this morning.

The 35-year-vintage decided to make essentially the most of a difficult state of affairs, and got out of his car to do some stretches right in the market among the held up traffic.
