Ukrainian forces have attacked a resort used as a base through Russia’s Wagner Group in occupied Luhansk and killed many, in keeping with a neighborhood governor.

The Wagner Team – a brutal mercenary crew who act as Putin’s private army – have been accused of diverse rights violations, including torture and killings.
