Turkey earthquake appeal nudges £100m as loaves and tents relieve trauma

Nearly £100million has been raised by means of a UNITED KINGDOM appeal after the earthquake in Turkey and Syria in a single of the ‘quickest and largest’ disaster responses.

Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan promised ‘fast’ rebuilding as he unveiled an economic relief plan on Tuesday.
