A Russian baby-kisser has reported Vladimir Putin for using the phrase ‘warfare’ to explain the conflict in Ukraine.
Nikita Yuferev, an opposition councillor in St Petersburg, asked prosecutors to analyze the president for breaking his personal regulations.
