Putin ‘fanboy’ Kim Jong-un hangs up giant portrait of fellow dictator

Kim Jong-un has outed himself as a Putin fanboy after adorning his partitions with pictures of his fellow despot.

Simon Miles, assistant professor at Duke University, told Insider Shoigu’s discuss with displays his diminishing standing after the Wagner rebellion.
