Vacationers were anticipated to flock to the seaside resort for the summer, however in line with locals, it is now full of poo and overtaken by the homeless.

‘The homes aren’t any different from toilets, with bowel actions left at the back of by way of the kkotjebi in every single place,’ one person advised Daily NK, a newspaper based in South Korea.

A source within the Kangwon Province, of which Wonsan is an element, delivered: ‘Buildings with out doors have become amassing points for kkotjebi, and now they are full of human waste and soot from fires.

‘And who’s going to wash all that up? In The End, the folk of Kangwon Province can be mobilised.

‘Labour and money will probably be wasted on a project when nobody knows whilst it’s going to open or if tourists will in truth come.’
