Mum and seven children die in house fire after tumble dryer ‘burst into flames’

A mother and 7 children have died in a house fire believed to had been because of a faulty tumble dryer.

Detectives introduced a manslaughter investigation after the horror events opened up this morning in Charly-sur-Marne, 50 miles east of Paris, where the family lived in a town area.

the only survivor used to be the daddy of the kids, who is in a ‘strong’ situation in sanatorium.

Prosecutor Julien Morino-Ros said: ‘It Sounds As If that their tumble dryer on the flooring caught fire.

‘the children, five ladies and boys aged among two and 14, and their mom died of asphyxiation.’

it’s idea the family may have put the dryer on in the early hours of the morning, whilst electricity is inexpensive.

Police worry the father told his wife and youngsters to stick within the 2d-floor attic when he went to investigate the heavy smoke.

The attic then turned into ‘a lure’ for the circle of relatives upstairs, as all the electrical shutters upstairs jammed following an influence failure.

Firefighters arrived after 1am, however struggled to get admission to the property’s most sensible flooring.

Sylvie Corré, wife of the owner of the rented assets, stated: ‘i am hoping with all my heart that people who died did not really feel any ache, or see anything. We were there in the boulevard all evening and watched the horror.’

Ms Corré said her circle of relatives hired the daddy in their champagne business and defined him as ‘an excellent worker’.

She mentioned the couple were of their 40s and, in conjunction with their youngsters, have been highly regarded in the area.

Fire leader Jean-Claude Ouguel stated: ‘The House was once completely destroyed. Most Effective the aspect partitions stay.’
