A MAN dressed in a bulletproof vest and a gun holster used to be arrested outside the Swiss Parliament.
Safety officials stopped the 27-yr-old on account of his suspicious behaviour and appearance outside the federal government development in the capital Bern this afternoon.
After searching him close to one among the entrances of the construction, he was found to be bearing explosives.
